| Description | The aim of this paper is to point out some methodological aspects of the processes of data analysis in conversation-analytic research, i.e. the issue of working with transcripts and recordings. This paper draws on the authors’ texts on conversation analysis and classroom interaction research (e.g. Tůma, 2014, 2015), while emphasizing methodological specifics of conversation analysis in working with data, which is illustrated on selected extracts from data collected within the reseach project “Classroom interaction in English language teaching in higher education“ (GA ČR 15-08857S). |
