| Description | The study analyses the various factors of the formation and activities of the national houses in Moravia in the 19th century and confirms the hypothesis, that the architecture of the national houses and their presentability and monumentality were for the representation of local national communities relevant only to a little excent. Especially for the czech national houses were much more important their multi-funktionality and symbolical significance. |
