Jarmila Bradová is an assistant professor at the Department of Education, Faculty of Education, Masaryk University. She teaches courses in the pedagogical-psychological module, including Introduction to Pedagogy and Psychology, Educational Communication, Basics of Educational Diagnostics, and School Pedagogy, in both Czech and English study programmes.
She leads seminars on practice reflection. Her research focuses on qualitative methods. She has worked on research projects funded by the Czech Science Foundation (GA ČR) on power dynamics in student-taught classrooms and the narrative identities of actors in education at private alternative schools. Her interests include instructional communication and student assessment. From 2020 to 2023, she was part of the research team for the TAČR project (TL: 05000360) ”Vysvědčení JINAK” (A Different Kind of Report Card).
