Lenka Ďulíková is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Education, Faculty of Education, Masaryk University. Her professional focus lies in the preparation of future teaching professionals. She teaches courses within the pedagogical-psychological module, such as Pedagogical Communication, Experiential Preparation for the Teaching Profession, and Educational Situations in Schools (approaches include SEL, NVC, and PBIS). Her research activities center on inclusive education, with a particular emphasis on the collaboration between teaching assistants and teachers. Currently, she is a co-investigator in the GA ČR JUNIOR project aimed at the inclusion of Ukrainian pupils.
She has gained international experience through research stays in Finland, co-edited a scholarly journal, and contributes to the university's internationalization team. She is also actively involved in a working group under the Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports (MŠMT) dedicated to fostering safe learning environments. Additionally, she has extensive experience coordinating teaching practicums and played a key role in establishing the MUNI Helps Summer Tutoring School.
In her work, she integrates research, practice, and innovation to promote safe and supportive learning environments.
