Magdalena Tylová is a doctoral student at the Department of Pedagogy, focusing on the concept of three-way conferences as a tool for sharing student outcomes during primary education. Her research emphasizes formative processes in teaching, communication among all participants in the educational process, and the professional development of teachers (mentoring, practicum reflection, and training activities).

In her teaching at the primary school, she specializes mainly in mathematics and supporting gifted students.
