| Popis | The aim of this work is to familiarize readers with the history of then separate villages Nedožery and Brezany during the stormy period 1938-1945. The author focuses on main military as well as political events, from the mobilization of the Czechoslovak Army in 1938 and military campaigns of the army of the first Slovak Republic to the anti-Nazi resistance and battlefront passing through the Upper Nitra region. Based on the results of professional research, this popularizing book sheds more light on the lesser-known events and life stories of the 20th century history. |
