Stanovení fenolu a chlorfenolů ve směsích metodou HPLC po předchozím zkoncentrování na pevné hydrofobní sorbenty

| Popis | Accubond C18 and Amberlite XAD2 SPE cartridges were found as suitable for preconcentration of 15 chlorophenols from 100 ml of 10% KCl or 10% NaCl solutions of pH 3. The acetonitrile eluates were evaporated under nitrogen to volume of 0.2 ml and their aliquots injected onto Supelcosil LC PAH 250x2.1 mm column. After gradient elution with phosphate buffer of pH 3.5 and methanol, the analytes were determined by means of diode array detector. The method was applied for determination of chlorophenols at 0.05 mg/l concentration after their previous preconcentration on Accubond C18 cartridge. |
