Popis The paper introduces combination of an expert approach with community planning in cooperation of non-profit organization and local community with academic sector. Cooperation is focused on proposals and recommendation for multifunctional management of significant landscape components inside traditional rural area where strengthening influence of Brno agglomeration comes through. Sustained regimes on both natural and non-natural, maintainable financial and labor cost and relation to the outer territories is questioned. Multiple methods for collecting both quantitative and qualitative data were used in research. Combining approaches from natural (physical geographers), human (human geographers) and applied (landscape architects, cartographers) sciences help us to find the balance between biocentrism and anthropocentric thinking and involving detailed knowledge, environmental perception and activities of local residents and visitors. Bottom up approaches open question of local embeddedness and (re)interpretations according to unique time and space context. This helps us with identification of vital historical landscape structures, formulation of sustainable local recreation and reinforcement identification of local community with its environment.
