Behavior management is one of the main problems novice teachers face. Student-centered communication skills enable teachers to manage student behavior effectively while promoting positive classroom relationships and student responsibility. The following research project explores novice teachers' use of communication strategies in response to student behavior. The findings will help us improve teacher education and lifelong courses focusing on behavior management communication skills.
