International Relations and Internationalization Office

• keep a continuous and systematic record of contacts with foreign countries,
• records student mobility in the IS MU,
• prepares proposals for secondment of teachers and students of the faculty according to continuous offers,
• ensures the agenda of foreign trips,
• provides documents for the evaluation of foreign contacts,
• publishes information about foreign internships, study and other foreign stays,
• registers concluded agreements on cooperation with foreign institutions,
• arranges secondments and recruitment of academic staff within the framework of approved projects and according to the requirements of the Dean,
• ensures the admission of students of foreign faculties on the basis of international agreements,
• prepares documents for the preparation of the annual plan of foreign relations in accordance with the competition list of the Ministry of Education and Science,
• organizes stays of faculty students abroad,
• cooperates in the internationalisation of the faculty, ensures the agenda of contracts with foreign partners,
• manages the agenda of faculty and staff membership in foreign professional societies and organisations,
• participates in the organisation and provision of the administrative agenda related to symposia, seminars and conferences organised by the Faculty in the field of foreign relations,
• keeps track of costs and monitors compliance with the budget for international relations.
