The measures associated with the Covid-19 pandemic have caused complications in our plan as well as to everyone else´s life. In addition to moving from face-to-face meetings to analyzing the results of the questionnaire and focus groups to the online form of meetings, we were forced to move the planned staff meeting about the HR Award process. We have postponed the meeting from spring to autumn 2020, and we will confirm the specific day to you. During the session, employees will be introduced the HR Award process itself, as well as the results of analyzes of the questionnaire survey, discussions with focus groups, and how we will respond to the feedback in the coming period.
Insufficient communication about tools and support for research and teaching at the faculty and university level proved to be one of the most significant shortcomings identified. On the contrary, most employees were satisfied with the support in continuous education and development of knowledge and skills. Meet us in the fall to discuss further findings and planned responses to them.
