Training - Gender Biases Against Women
As part of MU's Gender Equality Plan (GEP), a training session focused on the issue of gender stereotypes.
Last year, the MU Faculty of Education worked on setting up a comprehensive support system for new employees. Faculty has prepared an effective adaptation process aimed at "faster" familiarising new employees with the workplace's orientation, operation, and functioning. The onboarding offers the necessary resources and relevant information for performing work duties. The system's complexity involves the support of a mentor, the materials created, and the "internal Wikipedia" Newly Employed (a website presenting the onboarding process on the Employee Portal). The overall and necessary support is provided and coordinated by the HR Department, with the Department Head specifying the actions for new employees. The onboarding reinforcement targets both domestic and foreign employees.
