Description Self-diagnosis and self- regulation belong to basic skills that every tacher should possess. If self-regulation is to be succesful, if must be based on self-cognition of positive and negative qualities of the teacher (potential and real) and subsequent effort put into appropriate self regulation. The author presents effective psychological diagnostic methods suitable for self- diagnosis of future teachers and four stages on self-regulation.
