| Description | This article is a theoretical research study on the possible use of educational software. The research focuses on the possibilities of teaching with the use of this software. Software Atlas of Materials Structures covers more than sixty selected engineering materials. The application enables to obtain basic information about the wide range of selected engineering materials and browse photos of their microstructures, to learn the basis of the sample preparation and image acquisition methods, and, to test the obtained knowledge by means of the testing interface. Software supports the process of teaching in the field of materials science. |
