Description Contribution devotes to the process of the self-evaluation in kindergarten. It familiarises readers with the fields of self-evaluation and with tools which it is possible to use in the kindergarten. It points necessity to form criterions and need to Conner evaluation with planning and with the next perfecting of the educational work. The author sees autoevaluation as a means of introduction of changes. Changes resulting from the reform and of the Framework of the education programme for pre-school education.
