Description This chapter deals with the development of inclusive education in the context of the school and occupations of people with visual impairment. Chapter notes need for subject “Spatial orientation and independent movement” which is important for the success of social inclusion of people with visual disabilities. The research deals with public space modifications that lead to the removal of barriers for people with visual impairments and provides to increase their independence - this issue is put into an international context.
