| Description | One of the most important factors for high quality performance of any occupation is personal involvement and interest in the activity. The chapter is focused on issues of professional satisfaction among teachers in special schools in South Moravia. Research analyses subjective level of personal job satisfaction in connection with place of occupation, length of teaching experience and working position. Level of personal satisfaction is also compared with results of Maslach Burnout Inventory. |
