Description This chapter focuses on providing speech therapy and subsequent career counseling and guidance for pupils with impaired communication ability in collaboration with the counseling services. The article summarizes selected results of complementary research inquiries, which helped to analyze learning of pupils based on their individual educational needs. Participation of specialists in speech therapy and education, who can support communication of pupils with impaired communication ability, is desirable and indispensable for successful education and preparation for professional training.
