| Description | Our lecture concerns the relations between two writers of the second half of the 20th century - Francois Mauriac and Jean Cocteau. We focus on determined topics related to the creation, mutual perception of both writers, the influences of both and their reactions. The analysis focuses mainly on the Cocteau s theatre play Bacchus, which was first performed in th Marigny Theatre on 20th December of 1951. |
