| Description | Spinal muscular atrophy is a congenital neuromuscular disease with progressive course. The disease causes progressive loss of motor skills which significantly impacts the life and possibilities of the person. Education should be the main focus with children. The disease does not affect the mental capacity, therefore, integration is the recommended way of education. However, more support measures have to take place. This paper is based on the results of an analysis of one qualitative research. |
