Description The chapter discusses the current situation of teacher assistants at schools, issues of their training and education, cooperation with other staff, especially the teachers. The research analysis raised a number of questions. Answers to those could lead to making the work of these pedagogues more effective. The topic of the research is closely linked with the topic of inclusion and actuation of socially disadvantaged groups. The research was conducted by means of open coding and brought categories, with which it is possible to continue the analysis.
