Description Heterogeneity is a complex Phenomenon belonging to an everyday life in foreign language teaching and it has become one of the most important topics in the research of teaching and learning foreign languages. The paper scopes two determinants of teaching and learning foreign language at schools - learning disability as well as good learning performance. It presents the theoretical embedding of this topic and the partial results of the latest empirical studies focusing on inclusion of children with enhanced learning difficulties and good learning performance.
