Description This paper summarizes experiences with standardized questionnaires charting school climate and their alternatives in the form of other sources of information and other ways of getting information about school climate and classroom climate. Self-evaluation of school climate in this paper is presented as the process of dialogue within schools and the process of mapping potential problem areas, continuing through their own school climate assessment as ways to work with the results. As the example of climate assessment serves some tools available online (project "Path to Quality").
