| Description | The chapter deals with the major trends in contemporary Czech poetry for children. The major directions are revealed through analyses of selected poems from the last five years. Besides nonsense poetry, there are also playful texts with didactic function, lyrical poetry is developing. Reeditions play a significant role in the contemporary literary context. The paper is based on a long-term literary-historical research. |
