Description The paper describes the form, the possibilities and pitfalls of reflection in the process of further education mentors, or their maturation of in the mentoring role. It is the mentors who mentors teacher at the primary school. Mentoring is here understood as a process of continuing education of teachers leading to an increase in the quality of educational work.
