| Description | Application of torts in the event of negative environmental impact caused by motor traffic - as it relates to human health protection - is still very problematic in the Czech Republic. This can be clearly demonstrated in the specific case of judging the noise burden in decision-making practice of the courts. Yet unresolved are questions of enforceability of rights and responsibilities in terms of both public and private regulation methods. |
