| Description | The paper is devoted to the topic of young adult college students who decided to influence the situation on the labor market and the stage of life they are experiencing, attend volunteer training placements in developing countries all over the world. The aim of this paper is to describe how students perceive participating in voluntary foreign educational internship experience and how this is reflected in their identity and value system and what strategies chosen in coping with culture shock. Marginally then outlined the situation in education in developing countries. |
