Description This lecture is focused on the word order of modifiers in the noun phrase, one of which is a possessive pronoun. The primary aim of this lecture is to demonstrate differences between word order of possessive pronouns in Modern Czech and in Old Czech. Moreover, the analysis is focused on the type of possessive pronouns, rhythmic articulation, topic and focus phrase, etc. The private corpus of texts of 14th and 15th century is the material basis of the analysis. This corpus includes selected texts of the 1st and 2nd Old Czech biblical translations, varied prosaic texts and research articles.
