| Description | Having job is of key importance in humans‘ life. People with disability meet many obstacles during the integration to the labour market. Some are associated with themselves, some are represented by employers or the state. There are many possibilities of employment or areas where development and enlarging of skills and competence is posssible. This chapter introduces the selected employment possibilities of individuals with disabilities as well as results of research about the position of people with disability in the labour market. |
