Description | This chapter describes the specific features in teaching pupils with severe disabilities in special primary schools. The chapter offers characterization the Framework Educational Programme for Special Schools (FEP SS), which consists of two parts. Attention is especially paid to the contents of the second part, which describes the range of pupils with severe and multiple disabilities. In conclusion, there are two detailed case studies; one of them is an example of the comprehensive care for the pupil and the other one focuses on communication and the support of communication development. |
