Description | Experience and its reflection are considered by the promoters of experiential learning not only necessary part of every learning but also an important condition of successful work and satisfied life. On the theoretical level, several authors have been dealing with it, many of whom have become worldly renown. Their concepts are usually well-known for the public, however, they do not necessarily enable the reader to see "behind the curtain". The publication presented is trying to offer exactly such view, since after defining initial concept and definition frame, experience gained from working with various groups is presented in the form of interviews with renowned authors from abroad as well as four experienced lecturers from the Czech Republic. Thus, the field of lecturers' personal and professional beliefs, methods and manners of work together with sources of possible failures or doubts is uncovered. The book is offered to readers which are interested in experiential learning, reflection and working with groups - especially to lecturers as well as everyone who is trying to develop theory and practical procedures in the field. |
