Description 3D models and animations are invaluable aids in the teaching of almost all forms and levels of education, because they allow to represent, for example, what would be unnoticeable to the naked eye and even difficult to imagine. These 3D models are in the web environment most often published as a video, but does virtually no interactivity, and the users passively monitor, which is also in many cases sufficient. Interactive applications on the contrary, allow users to participate actively and also the content of these applications can be generated dynamically, depending on user action. This paper deals with the possibilities of creation and use of interactive 3D applications that run online as in traditional web site and in LMS Moodle.
