Description In the paper the authors introduce the methodology of empirical research on opportunities to develop reading literacy that are offered to pupils in primary science classrooms. The attention is aimed at theoretical background of the research and on the process of developing a system of categories. The analysis is a part of a IRSE Faculty of Education, Masaryk University Video Study of Primary School project.
