Description By the article we would like contribute to minimization of health complication during endurance sport activities that are practised as a prevention of metabolic syndrome. Especially high risk is in people using statins. We mean a rhabdomyolysis and hyponatremia. A common cause of them is an exhausted physical activity at heat environment, enduring more then 1-2 hours. Oxygen stress and cell membrane damage play the role of their pathogenesis. An etiological factor of the hyponatremia is a drinking of hypovolemic drink. We recommend the risks to consider during a planning of sport activity.
