| Description | Nowadays, the term coaching is often discussed in the field of commercial as well as non-profit. "Everyone" is a coach or a coachee. The topic is not only current but also modern. The importance and necessity of coaching are generally accepted. But what is "coaching"? Where does it come from? What is it based on and what is its purpose or goal - it is not always clearly communicated. This text aims on the definition of coaching and its components in the relation to the adult education as one of the initial (and target) context of this approach. |
