Description The work presents a qualitative analysis seminar works of students of Kindergarten Teacher Training Masaryk University targeted on the use of didactic methods observation in preschool education. The analysis is focused on the most common aspects and errors affecting the choice of the observed object, implementation of observations, subsequent generalization or summary of observed facts and creating more opportunities for the application and use of the object. The conclusion summarizes the positive use of this method from the perspective of students above mentioned field.
