Description The contribution presented a proposal of the social educational research, which is part of the dissertation thesis of the author of the text. Research tendency is based on socio-constructivist and poststructuralist approaches. These are the basic framework, which defines the concept of research, but also the overall appearance and attitude of the researcher. The author aims her research activity on everyday knowledge of immigrants, as the representatives of socially disadvantaged group in the Czech educational environment.
