Description Self - efficacy of teacher expresses his conviction about his own abilities, which are connected together with achievements of teacher's job. Part of it is as well his capability of cooperation with parents. It reflexes self - confidence of the teacher in that he is capable of using potential of family and parents in education and approach to a certain pupil, child and school. In 2014, there was realization of research into a self - efficacy of pre-school teachers in cooperation with parents in Czech Republic. They've used Slovakian questionnaire "Self - efficacy of teachers in cooperation with parents" (ZdUR) authors Majercikova & Gavora (2011, published 2013). Similar like in Slovakia, even Czech teachers have rather strong conviction that they would handle activities with parents well. We've learnt from these results that the highest education is not the factor that would influence the quality of self - efficacy of pre-school teachers.
