Description Understanding the basic principles of human nutrition is a very important for a person who works in the field of physical activity, regeneration and nutrition. Without knowledge of basic preventive nutritionally-motion principles, relationships, intervention procedures and resources is almost impossible to systematically and effectively influence the process of reducing risk factors for lifestyle diseases. In particular, the inclusion of information in the field of management and planning of physical activity together with a qualified nutritional correction, which is the final effectiveness of the intervention program, is reasonable and necessary. Possibilities to influence risk factors for lifestyle diseases with a complex intervention factors including physical activity, cognitive behavioral therapy and nutritional counseling is one of the basic pillars of primary prevention of lifestyle diseases. The monograph offers a view through the original papers on various aspects of nutrition and physical habits of individuals with metabolic syndrome, diabetes, hypertension, but also in healthy adult subjects in sports or seniors and children. At the end of the monograph there are summarized recommendations for intervention programs that are focused on the positive influence of anthropometric indicators of metabolic syndrome. It confirms that physical activity is an integral part of the treatment of obesity, metabolic syndrome or diabetes mellitus type I. and type II. Physical activity and healthy nutrition can provide optimal quality of life and prevent or eliminate the formation and development of other complications, respectively. other diseases and disorders patients predisposed individuals.
