Description The workshop was held at the conference Teacher and professional Development within the framework of the project "Development of personal and professional skills of teachers of kindergartens and primary schools to higher quality education." r. no. Project (CZ.1.07 / March 1, 00 / 48.0022). The workshop was conducted in two parts. The first part focused on supporting teachers in dealing with the new role of internal mentor in kindergarten. The aim was to define the benefits and pitfalls of implementation of new working roles in kindergarten and in their professional lives. The workshop was part of activities aimed at practicing mentoring skills while working with a mentor interview audios. The second part of the workshop focused on introducing mentoring support as a tool for further professional development of teaching staff of the kindergarten. The aim was to define the benefits and pitfalls in terms of managerial staff and propose the introduction of internal mentoring process in the near term.
