Description The paper presents the experience with the implementation of educational seminars focused on mentoring skills of teachers kindergarten. The basic findings of the collected feedback from participants and lecturers of education are presented in the following categories: personal and social development of the teacher as th first stage of mentor training, mentoring skills as a challenge for reflecting the practices and ultimately ensuring conditions for organization of kindergarten for the development of mentoring support the professional growth of teachers kindergarten. Presented category were accompanied by appropriate practical examples kindergartens involved in the project "development of personal and professional competencies of teachers nursery and primary schools to higher quality education."
