Description | The aim of the research was to compile and analyze case studies of six girls who reside in an educational institution, with a history of conduct disorder and contacts with addictive substances. It was observed that the malfunctioning of the family are risk environment for the development of the individual and the occurrence of social pathologies, what reasons lead girls to use drugs that targeted interventions can positively affect substance abuse if the family interested in solving the adverse situation and cooperation. We used qualitative research methods and in his case study. For the substrate used data from personal and family history, analysis of medical, psychological and pedagogical documentation from the personal files of girls and educational messages. It was deliberately chosen and monitored 6 girls placed in an educational institution since their arrival in the facility until its abandonment or reaching maturity. The results showed that the broken family pose significant risk to the development environment and risk of pathological social phenomena. Addictive substances (especially alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, methamphetamine, opiates) girls elected as a means of escape from problems, missing stimulating family climate, clear educational strategy and positive role models. Drug use was associated truancy, escapes, petty crime, early sexual contacts and search people with similar lifestyles. Targeted interventions can effectively influence only half of the sample when the girls started to heal, not drink and wondered about their future without drugs. Only a third of the family had a genuine interest in their child and his fate. We conclude that the appropriate preventive action can reduce the incidence of social pathologies in an educational institution, it must be long-term, patient and intensive teaching, strengthening ties with families of clients, motivation to actively spend your free time, self-education, training and managing practical life situations. |
