Description The paper gives a brief overview of the teaching practice of future teachers during their undergraduate education. The aim of this qualitative study is to analyze how student teachers perceive their training teachers in schools during their long term practice. The sample consisted of 58 student teachers diaries and 2 semi-structured interviews with student teachers. Research results brings typology of different roles of training teachers according to autonomy of student and control by training teacher.
