| Description | The publication is one of the outputs of the development of personal and professional skills of teachers of kindergartens and primary schools to higher quality education (CZ.1.07/1.3.00/48.0022). The project responded to the upcoming career system. The project was implemented comprehensive training preschool teachers to develop personal and professional competencies needed for individualisation and differentiation of education and skills needed for mentoring in kindergarten. One of the objectives was also to gain experience abroad and critically reflect in accordance with current approaches in Czech kindergartens. On topics connected with the objectives of the project are concentrated in the individual chapters. Full publication opens the topic of professional development, which permeates all the other chapters and connects them into one unit. The last chapter is devoted to the effects of comprehensive education for preschool teachers and project evaluation. |
