Description | Geographic drought is a drought, respectively a susceptibility to drought in any area as a result of the interaction of all local geographical factors (air, moisture, soil, rocks, relief, vegetation or plant cover). Geographical drought is a product of variously combined effect of all components of the landscape, of course, including atmospheric factors. This means that the real deficiency of water in the area may be locally increased or decreased by their effect. They were analyzed maximum daily air temperature and from the time series were identified tropical days between July 18 - August 8, 2013 dominated by time temperatures (above 30 ° C) with minimal rainfall (based on data from the local meteostation Kobylí). According to DEM, data on max. daily temperatures from the meteostations were extrapolated to the study territory and the results were divided into 5 classes, similarly to the 5 classes were assessed contributions geological environment, soils and land use to the character of the risk of drought. Using the integration of all classes, 5 geographic risk classes of drought were obtained for the period of tropical days and previous rainfall covering the study territory. |
