Description The contribution defines the tacit knowledge and the attributes by which tacit knowledge differ from explicit. On tacit knowledge is perceived through the subjective theory of the student teacher and subjective theory of its students. Where it is subsequently ascertained what tacit knowledge is shared between them. After this is introduced the methodology associated with the research. In the last part it is introduced the research findings.
