Description | Comparative analysis of development in Central Europe after 1989 shows that democratization processes are complicated. The formation of new institutions and laws itself is not enough and the society is threatened by getting democracy without democrats. Scientific analysis of transformation has to reflect the specifics of history of Central Europe that are able to pave the way for understanding both the positives and the negatives of further development. |
