| Description | The publication called Básnický rok (Poetic Year) is the first title of a new series published by the Faculty of Education of Masaryk University. This series is intended for popular and essayistic publications of a small extent that reflect the issue of individual branches of study taught at the above mentioned faculty. Besides a prologue and an epilogue, Básnický rok includes twelve chapters in which the author outlines reflections of individual months in the Czech poetry. He proceeds from the authorship of seventy poets. In the epilogue, the author works with weathersayings. The publication is supplemented with twelve full-page illustrations by Petr Veselý. |
