Description | The theoretical framework of the contribution is based on the Concern based adoption model (George, Hall, & Stiegelbauer, 2006), which operationalizes the curriculum change implementation by means of three dimensions: innovation configuration map, stages of concern, and levels of use. Broader theoretical context of the research respects the presumption that processes and decisions connected with the implementation of curriculum changes in practice are of a subjective nature. Key factors influencing the curriculum change implementation represent interpretations, beliefs and experiences of teachers - the main agents of the implementation. The aim of the questionnaire survey is to find out how primary and lower secondary school teachers perceive previous curriculum changes and how they implement them. |
