| Description | Various aspects of uniform appearance of diffuse coplanar surface barrier discharge are discussed, leading to the conclusion, that generated plasma should be viewed as macroscopically, not microscopically uniform. For some particular condition however, a real diffuse operation mode can be stabilized. These conditions will be presented here. |
